	Our Strategy

We have an in-depth knowledge of both Colorado and the Rhône-Alpes region because we maintain both an inbound and outbound focus with our operations. Because of this,we are effective in identifying and facilitating opportunities for investment and value-creating alliances in both markets.

We also understand that our success is greatly founded upon the relationships forged across a broad spectrum of businesses, research organizations and economic development agencies.


		What Can CORA Do For You?

	Simply stated, CORA is an affordable “on-the-ground” ally and team member in two high potential markets. CORA began its operations on January 1, 2009. In this short time, CORA has carried out several joint actions with its partners in the Rhône-Alpes region, including facilitating B2B introductions, assisting withs election of partners, initiating research collaborations between major organizations, leading business delegations and participating in three international trade shows and conferences - two in Colorado and one in Rhône-Alpes.

Off the Radar

The first challenge to succeeding in CORA’s mission is to address the fact that neither region currently recognizes the other as an opportunity for cross-border investment. This is true despite the fact that the Rhône-Alpes is one of Europe’s largest regional economies and Colorado is highly competitive within the US in science and technology assets. This lack of awareness means that potential investors from these regions who are contemplating international expansion are unlikely to have the other on their list of options.

CORA wants to change this.
