She joined Invest in France in 2003 as an Investment Manager and was promoted to her current role in 2007.

Sandi Moilanen is the Director of Trade & Investment for Europe, the Middle East & Africa for the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT), where she manages the export promotion and inward investment attraction program for the EMEA region. OEDIT works to strengthen Colorado’s prospects for long-term economic growth by providing broad-based support to Colorado businesses.
