Governance
CORA governance operates on snapshotted state rather than mutable balances. Voting weight is fixed at proposal creation and remains constant for the duration of the vote.
Governance properties
- Voting weight corresponds to CORA state.
- Delegation is intentionally disabled.
- State snapshots prevent last-minute influence.
- Total participating state is snapshotted for quorum.
Decision lifecycle
- A proposal is created.
- A defined delay elapses.
- Voting opens for a fixed period.
- The outcome is determined by votes and quorum.
Governance determines collective decisions. Execution authority remains with the treasury unless explicitly migrated to an automated executor.
