Operations

Operational actions modify CORA state and are executed by the treasury. All actions are recorded on-chain and subject to public audit.

• Issue state: assign CORA state to an address.
• Revoke state: remove CORA state from an address.
• Treasury migration: transfer operational authority.

State changes require an explicit rationale generated by the operational interface.
